Mentor System
Our mentors (recruited from home students) will and want to help exchange students from the first while after their arrival to the end of their exchange programme.
Mentor will:
- contact exchange student by e-mail (about 4 weeks before the semester is starting)
- pick him/her up at the airport, train or bus station and help him with the accomodation at the dormitory
- show him/her the university campus, faculty, library and office of Club for International Students
- help him/her to arrange his/her Student ID (ISIC), computer login, traffic-pass? and other paperwork
- help him with basic orientation in the city (it means show him/her the best pubs in the city and teach him how to taste Czech beer)
